Plar ship concept (revised) 2009
I had a few days off during the design process of the Rocket Tower Plaza stage last Fall (2008) and I thought I should do a personal painting. I wanted to paint something fun, simple and quick. I started this painting early in the morning and I was done with it by late afternoon. It was nice to be able to find time to paint something without the pressure of deadlines.

The Arrival concept painting 2009
I did this personal painting last year in-between projects. I wanted to paint a blizzard scene with some futuristic architecture in the background.

The Rocket Tower Plaza Stage, Tomorrow Land, Magic Kingdom
Walt Disney World.
May 5th, 2009
I was the art director and concept designer for The Rocket Tower Plaza Stage and the Audio Booth design located at Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom for WDE. From my very first initial preliminary sketches, I wanted to make sure that the stage looks like it belongs to the 'architecture' of Tomorrowland. Every line, curve, graphic pattern, color choice, material choice, and surface detail were well thought out and discussed. With plenty of good advice and design suggestions from the fine folks at WDI and WDE, this stage desig n process was one of the best experiences I've ever had working as a concept designer and art director. The final stage structure is built remarkably close to my final concept designs. Kudos to the amazing team of people at BVCC, WDE, and WDI of putting this final stage together. It was a humbling experience working along side some of the finest talents in the theme entertainment industry. I was truly honored and humbled to have been a part of this project.

Tinkerbell and Fairies float
Disney Latin America
2009
Sponsored by Nestle, the parade features seven floats and stretches over two miles long. I was the concept designer on Tinkerbell (above), Little Mermaid, Beauty and The Beast, and Highschool Music al floats. I had a blast working on the concept design of these floats.

Never Loose Sight Of The Possibilities 2010
A Painting for the Cast and Crew poster.
Disney Event Group
I was the production designer and a visual development designer on a 9.5 min CG short called "Never Loose Sight of the Possibilities". This was a painting I did as a thank you to the cast and crew who worked on the event. The idea is based on the fantastic vision of Ken Malquist, a brilliant Creative Art Director. The CG piece was presented on the longest indoor projection screen (315') ever produced. It also had the most projectors (16 DL3) on one continuous screen. The event took place at the Disney's Yacht and Beach convention hall in January of 2010.

Darth Maul -Star Wars Wild Racers (production diecast vehicle)
Walt Disney Consumer Products
This was another one of those dream projects!! I was asked to be the designer for the entire Star Wars Wild Racers line for the Walt Disney Consumer Products. Darth Maul (above) and Darth Vader are among my favorite designs of the entire line. It was one of those cool projects where all the final production diecast vehicles look identical to my designs and concept renderings.

Ame Comi Catwoman Version 2 statue 2008
DC Comics
I love DC Comics characters! When I was asked by the Sr. Art Director at DC Comics, Jim Fletcher, to design these Ame Comi statues, I jumped at the opportunity. Under Jim's art direction and guidance, these statues turned out stunning. The best part about working on these statues was it didn't feel like work!
